When asked what my ideal fish would be like, I approached the answer by considering what fish were appealing to eat.  In prompt from Conversation with a Fish, I drew my 9 ideal edible fish.  During the act of making my list I realized many of these fish where unknown to me in their true form.  At this stage, I considered two things.

One, for many of these species I was able to identify them by their flesh and taste.  I then considered this in how the average person may also come across by this disconnect between the food we eat, and it's origins.

The second consideration I became curious about was how others would answer this question of their "ideal fish".  This lead to Other's Ideal Fish, seen below.
